يُقدَّم تطبيق مدرسة المرح من قِبل مدرسة المرح، وهي الجهة المسؤولة عن البيانات الموجودة فيه (المتحكّم بالبيانات).

يتولّى تطوير التطبيق وتشغيله تقنيًا فريق Click (click-sy.com)، وهو الفريق التقني المرتبط بالمدرسة. يعالج Click البيانات نيابةً عن المدرسة، ولغرض تشغيل التطبيق فقط.

The Al-Marah School app is provided by Al-Marah School, which is responsible for the information in it (the data controller).

The app is developed and technically operated by Click (click-sy.com), the school’s affiliated technology team. Click processes information on the school’s behalf, and only to run the app.

التطبيق مخصّص لأولياء الأمور، ولكادر المدرسة: المعلمين، ومشرفي الصفوف، ومشرفي الباصات، ومقصف المدرسة.

التطبيق غير مخصّص لاستخدام الأطفال مباشرةً. تُدخل المدرسة بيانات الطلاب وتديرها.

The app is for parents and guardians, and for school staff: teachers, class supervisors, bus supervisors and the school canteen.

It is not intended for direct use by children. Students’ information is entered and managed by the school.

معظم البيانات في التطبيق تسجّلها المدرسة، عبر نظام الإدارة أو من خلال كادرها في التطبيق. وجزء أصغر يأتي منك عند استخدامك للتطبيق. لا نتعامل إلا مع البيانات المذكورة هنا.

معلومات الحساب

• اسمك، واسم المستخدم، ورقم هاتفك، وبريدك الإلكتروني.
• كلمة المرور، وتُحفظ بصيغة مشفّرة لا يستطيع أحد قراءتها، ولا حتى نحن.
• تفضيلاتك في التطبيق، مثل اللغة ومظهر العرض.
• لكادر المدرسة: سجلّ الموظف لدى المدرسة، مثل الاسم ورقم الهاتف والبريد الإلكتروني ورقم الهوية.

بيانات الأسرة وأولياء الأمور

• أسماء الوالدين أو أولياء الأمور، وأرقام الهاتف وواتساب، والمنطقة والعنوان، ورقم الطوارئ، كما سُجّلت لدى المدرسة.
• بيانات الهوية والقيد المدني التي تسجّلها المدرسة عند التسجيل، مثل الأرقام الوطنية.
• شخص تفوّضه الأسرة: اسمه وصلة قرابته ورقم هاتفه.

بيانات الطالب

• الاسم، وتاريخ الميلاد، والجنس، والجنسية، والرقم الوطني، والصف والشعبة، وصورة شخصية إن أضافتها المدرسة.
• معلومات صحية تسجّلها المدرسة، مثل فصيلة الدم والحساسية والأدوية. لا يعرض التطبيق منها إلا فصيلة الدم، ويبقى الباقي في نظام إدارة المدرسة.

السجلات الدراسية والحضور والنقل

• العلامات وملاحظات المعلمين عليها، والواجبات، والملاحظات التي ترسلها المدرسة.
• حضور الحصص كما يسجّله المعلمون، بما في ذلك التأخّر.
• بيانات الباص المدرسي: الباص، ومواعيد الصعود والنزول، وحضور الطالب في كل رحلة، والحوادث التي يبلّغ عنها مشرف الباص، واسم السائق ورقم هاتفه لتتمكّن من التواصل معه.

الرسوم والدفعات

• الأقساط المدرسية ورسوم الباص والحسومات والدفعات المسجّلة، كما تُدخلها المدرسة.
• يعرض التطبيق هذه السجلات فقط؛ فهو لا ينفّذ أي عملية دفع، ولا يطلب منك بيانات بطاقة أو حساب مصرفي.

الرسائل

• الرسائل المتبادلة بين أولياء الأمور والمدرسة داخل التطبيق، بما فيها الصور التي ترسلها المدرسة، ووقت قراءة كل رسالة.
• ظهورك «متصلًا الآن» في المحادثة، ويُحفظ لفترة قصيرة فقط.

طلبات المقصف

• طلبات الطعام لطفلك: الأصناف، وتاريخ التسليم، والسعر، وأي ملاحظة تضيفها، وكل تغيير في حالة الطلب.

الجهاز والإشعارات

• رمز الإشعارات الذي يتيح إرسال الإشعارات إلى جهازك، ولغة التطبيق.
• سجلّ بالإشعارات التي أُرسلت وتلك التي قُرئت.
• لا نجمع اسم جهازك ولا طرازه ولا معرّف الإعلانات.

ما يُحفظ على جهازك

• رموز تسجيل الدخول، وتُحفظ في التخزين الآمن لجهازك (سلسلة المفاتيح في iPhone، والتخزين المشفّر في Android).
• تفضيلاتك وبعض ما يسهّل الاستخدام، مثل اللغة واسم المستخدم المحفوظ والطفل المختار وسلة طلبات المقصف. يُحذف بعضها عند تسجيل الخروج، ويُحذف جميعها عند حذف التطبيق.

ما لا يصل إليه التطبيق

• يطلب التطبيق إذنًا واحدًا فقط من جهازك: الإشعارات.
• لا يصل التطبيق إلى الكاميرا أو الصور أو الميكروفون أو جهات الاتصال أو الموقع، ولا يرفع أي ملفات من جهازك.
• عند الضغط على رقم هاتف، للاتصال بسائق الباص مثلًا، يُفتح تطبيق الهاتف في جهازك، دون أن يصل تطبيقنا إلى جهات الاتصال أو سجلّ المكالمات.

Most of the information in the app is recorded by the school, either in its administration system or by staff through the app. A smaller part comes from you when you use the app. We only handle the information listed here.

Account information

• Your name, username, phone number and email address.
• Your password, which is stored in a scrambled (hashed) form that no one can read — including us.
• Your app preferences, such as language and display theme.
• For school staff: the staff record the school holds, such as name, phone number, email address and ID number.

Family and guardian details

• Parents’ or guardians’ names, phone and WhatsApp numbers, area and home address, and emergency number, as registered with the school.
• Identity and civil-registration details the school records at enrollment, such as national ID numbers.
• A person the family has authorized: their name, relationship and phone number.

Student information

• Name, date of birth, gender, nationality, national ID number, grade and class, and a photo if the school has added one.
• Health information the school records, such as blood type, allergies and medicines. The app shows only the blood type; the rest stays in the school’s administration system.

Academic, attendance and transport records

• Marks and teachers’ remarks on them, homework, and notes sent by the school.
• Lesson attendance as recorded by teachers, including late arrivals.
• School bus details: the bus, pickup and drop-off times, whether your child was on each trip, incidents reported by the bus supervisor, and the driver’s name and phone number so you can reach them.

Fees and payments

• Tuition and bus fees, discounts, instalments and recorded payments, as entered by the school.
• The app only displays these records. It doesn’t process payments and never asks for card or bank details.

Messages

• Messages exchanged between parents and the school in the app, including images the school sends, and when each message was read.
• Whether you’re currently online in the chat, which is kept only briefly.

Canteen orders

• Meal orders for your child: the items, service date, price, any note you add, and every change to the order’s status.

Device and notifications

• A push notification token, which lets us send notifications to your device, and your app language.
• A record of which notifications were delivered and which were read.
• We don’t collect your device’s name, model or advertising identifier.

Stored on your device

• Your sign-in tokens, kept in your device’s secure storage (the Keychain on iPhone, encrypted storage on Android).
• Your preferences and a few conveniences, such as your language, remembered username, selected child and canteen cart. Some are cleared when you sign out; all are removed when you delete the app.

What the app doesn’t access

• The app asks for one device permission only: notifications.
• It doesn’t access your camera, photos, microphone, contacts or location, and it doesn’t upload files from your device.
• When you tap a phone number — to call the bus driver, for example — your phone’s dialer opens. The app doesn’t read your contacts or call history.

• To provide the school’s services in the app: showing parents their children’s marks, homework, attendance, bus trips, fees and canteen orders, and giving each staff member what they need for their role.
• To send notifications about school activity, such as notes, homework, attendance, bus boarding and canteen order updates.
• To let parents and the school communicate through in-app messages.
• To keep accounts secure and the app working properly, including recording which staff member made a change.

We don’t use your information for advertising, and we don’t build profiles about you.

لا يجمع التطبيق حاليًا أي بيانات عن الموقع.

قد نضيف مستقبلًا ميزة لتتبّع الباص المدرسي. إن حدث ذلك، فلن يُستخدم الموقع إلا لهذا الغرض، وبعد موافقتك الصريحة عبر إذن الجهاز فقط، وسنحدّث هذه السياسة قبل إطلاق الميزة.

The app does not currently collect location data.

A bus-tracking feature may be added in the future. If it is, location will be used only for that purpose, only with your explicit permission on your device, and we will update this policy before the feature is released.

• يعالج فريق Click البيانات نيابةً عن المدرسة لتشغيل التطبيق، كما هو موضّح في «من نحن».
• نعتمد على عدد محدود من مزوّدي الخدمة، وبالقدر اللازم لتشغيل التطبيق فقط: الخادم الذي تُستضاف عليه بيانات التطبيق، وExpo وApple وGoogle لإيصال الإشعارات إلى جهازك. يمرّ نص الإشعار عبرهم في طريقه إليك، وقد يتضمّن مثلًا اسم طفلك وتحديثًا عن حضوره.
• قد نفصح عن البيانات إذا اقتضى القانون ذلك.

• We never sell your information and never use it for advertising.
• Within the school, information is available only to authorized staff, according to their role. For example, a teacher sees the classes they teach, and a bus supervisor sees the students on their bus.
• The school canteen receives only what it needs to prepare an order: your child’s name and class, the parent’s name and phone number, and the order itself.
• Click processes information on the school’s behalf to run the app, as described under “Who we are”.
• We use a small number of service providers, only as far as needed to run the app: the server that hosts the app’s data, and Expo, Apple and Google, which deliver push notifications to your device. A notification’s text passes through them on its way to you and may include, for example, your child’s name and an attendance update.
• We may disclose information if the law requires it.

• All connections between the app and our server are encrypted (HTTPS).
• Sign-in tokens are kept in your device’s secure storage, and passwords are stored on the server only in a hashed form that can’t be read.
• Role-based access: each account sees only what its role allows.
• Access to the server is restricted to authorized technical staff.

No system is completely secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect your information.

يُحذف الحساب فورًا عند مغادرة الطالب للمدرسة.

Your account is deleted immediately when your child leaves the school.
